P.S. This quote comes from a 60-year old man who spent over 30 years of his life addicted to drugs and in and out of homelessness. He realizes all those years he was hurting himself severely and now at 60 he has changed his life around completely and is committed to taking care of himself physically, spiritually, and mentally.
